Many, many people want to know how do I what I do.   It's simple, I work out of my home for two different call centers.   Yes, out of my home and I LOVE it!

With one opportunity, I service customers by troubleshooting technical issues with their service.  Typical call types include processing payments, ordering equipment, setting up a home service call, providing explanations on every topic and issue that comes to the customers' mind in relation to their service and/or product. You don’t have to memorize all of this knowledge, there are resources available for you.  You are trained how to use them to be efficient and effective on each and every call.  You should end every call with a satisfied customer, if not ecstatic, because their needs were met.

The other opportunity is a sales position.  I still process payments for the products I sell, provide explanations, but no technical troubleshooting, that's a different department that I kindly transfer the customer.  I have been trying my best to obtain a chat room opportunity.  I just think that would be a neat way to earn an income!  But as varied as all of our interest are, so are the work at home call center job!

Different call centers require different abilities; utilize different technologies and methodologies.  Every call center has different prime seasons, different pay rate, pay methods, qualifications, locality requirements, technical requirements, along with different aptitude and training methodologies, just to mention a few.  Part-time, full time, standard weekly hours vs. weekly selection are just a few details that are nice to know!  When and how do you submit for vacation, what about holidays?  Most call centers work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

My experiences will be most beneficial, along with other experienced agents from  other work at home call centers. This is a gift from one agent to another!
